Products that were too large to fit into conventional presses, as well as rubber molded products made by connecting smaller components, can be formed using our large 1600-ton press machine. By utilizing the large platen, we can create high-quality products without seams. This is an ultra-large press with a heat plate size of 1,600mm x 1,600mm. (Typically, a 400-ton press with a size of 800mm x 800mm is standard.) From small precision products to large items, you can rely on us for parts that take advantage of rubber's properties. We guarantee high quality without pinholes for important components.
